These questionnaires form the backbone of our roadmap discussion, setting the stage for an insightful and fruitful session.

In our extensive 2-hour roadmap call, we'll delve into both your existing client journey and your envisioned one. Together, we'll strategise the most effective ways to implement this in Dubsado, pinpointing areas for automation. I'll also compile a list of specific details I'll require from you to proceed with the build.

At this juncture, I'll rigorously test your Dubsado system to guarantee seamless functionality. You'll also receive instructional videos elucidating your workflows. To address any queries, we'll conduct a final handover call. This package usually takes 3-4 weeks, depending on whether you have provided me with all the information prior to the Workflow Mapping Meeting. Form design takes up to 3 days after the onboarding form is complete.

Yes. With any booking under a payment plan, a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking (£239). I am happy to offer up to a 6-month payment plan for the remainder.
Once the whole payment has been received all login details will be transferred over to you. -
Yes! With my Dubsado setup service, I remain available for 20 days of support to tweak any workflow, forms, packages etc.

Basic is $20/£ p/m and advanced is $40/£ p/m. Annual plans are also available. You don't have to start paying until you have more than 3 clients as well.

No. You can collect leads in Dubsado without a website. I do however recommend that you buy a domain and custom email domain if you’re just getting started or rebranding your business.
